This sequence is designed to release and relax the shoulders and the neck, which often become tense and contracted as a result of stress and overuse. This videos offers specific ways of engaging in postures which will healthfully and safely engage, stretch, lengthen and organize the muscles and tissues of the neck and shoulders, eliminating unnecessary muscle contraction, resulting in comfort and mobility.
Props needed: mat, strap, bolster
