This is relaxing, reclining sequence designed to open the hips and align the hips and the lower back properly. It is a therapeutic class that relaxes the nervous system and quiets the mind. We get to open, stretch and work on the hips, inner thighs, hamstrings, quadriceps, back. Great for fertility. This has been a highly requested class! I recommend combining it with my lower back pain relieving class (even if you don't have lower back pain- because both classes work on creating "space and openness" in the pelvic, hip, back areas and relieve tension, tightness and pain.
YOU WILL NEED A BOLSTER OR A ROLLED UP BLANKET.
Personal Experience with the class: I ended up going to bed 4 hours earlier than my typical bedtime :)
Emotional Release.
Be mindful that opening the hips MAY lead to emotional release which sometimes can feel aggravating. Let it process and let it be. You will feel better after.
This class is great for pain in the lower back.
